1 box (16 oz) Italian Classics capellini, cooked and drained
1/3 cup Italian Classics Extra Virgin olive oil
2 tsp chopped garlic
1/4 cup chopped Italian flat leaf parsley
1/3 cup Italian Classics Sun-Dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and chopped
2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 lb sea scallops

Sauté garlic in olive oil on MEDIUM-HIGH in a large skillet.
Stir in parsley, sun dried tomatoes, basil, red pepper and scallops.
Simmer 3-4 min, until scallops are cooked.
Toss with hot cooked pasta.
