Well, Paris KNOWS that she's no "rocket scientist"...PoLooser don't.

Paris, therefore, is "smarter" cuz she knows she's stupid.

Unlike Paris, Nancy knows where Syria is, at least in a geographic sense (or she has a friend or two who knows where it is). In a geopolitical sense, however, she seems to be rather ignorant. Given what she's been doing or trying to do, that's dangerous.
