Monstrous Nor'easter Heads For Tri-State Area (http://wcbstv.com/topstories/local_story_103104529.html)
NEW YORK Snow in mid-April? Temperatures 20 degrees below normal? So much for global warming!
The calm before the storm is the best way to describe Friday's weather. That's the only good thing we can look forward to at the start of the weekend. Expect a mix of sun and clouds for your first half of your weekend. Sunday is another story.
A major Nor'easter will be impacting our region starting late Saturday night possibly lasting through the middle of next week. The brunt of the storm will be hitting us on Sunday. This is where the forecast gets a little tricky.

As this trend continues, Algore looks sillier and sillier.

I wonder if any marches or rallies for global warming awareness will be happening in the area, as happened March 18 during a snow storm in MA.
It's been raining with an almost constant mix of light hail all day here. It's too big to be called sleet. Just north of me in Kansas they are getting snow and it is apparently sticking pretty good too despite the warm period we had before this weather debacle.

I'm in the Texas Panhandle. We've had icy rain and hail. The ground temperature is just warm enough to keep it from sticking and causing icy roads. Winds gusting to 50MPH.

And the ecowackos won't say a syllable about it. However, when winter ends in July and we experience the first day that's 1° above the norm, the buttheads will resume screeching about global warming destroying Earth and how we must all go back to living in medieval peasant mode.
The idiots have reached their jump-the-shark moment. They've become so preposterous and hyperbolic that their minimal credibility has been nulled.

To all our liberal, pansy-assed evironutjobs...global warming has been going on for the last 100,000 years (if ya believe Earth is that old)...you DO know of the Berring Strait (formerly known as "the land bridge between Asia and North America"), do you not? Sea level has risen by 300 feet in the past 100,000 years. Over the same time frame, global temperatures have risen approximately 18ēC. Of course, this cumulative warming is a result of warming/cooling cycles.
So, take a Midol, a Pamprin, an Excedrin PM...take SOMETHING...sit down and kindly shut up.

The rough weather in the Northeast is simply fallout from all of the hot air that's been spewed out over Don Imus.
