COLLEGE PARK, Ga. — A man shot and killed his wife at their apartment, apparently thinking she was an intruder who was breaking in, police said.

Clayton County police found Andrea Henry laying in the walkway in front of their apartment just before 5 p.m. Tuesday. She had been shot in the neck.

Andrea Henry and her 22-year-old daughter were entering the apartment when her husband, Horace Henry, 60, fired a shot from a .38-caliber revolver through the slightly open door.....http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,267025,00.html
