An enraged Alec Baldwin unleashed a volcanic tirade of threats and insults on his 11-year-old daughter, Ireland, calling her a "thoughtless little pig," and bashing her mother Kim Basinger -- and TMZ has obtained the whole thing unfiltered and raw. And, we've learned, the tape could cost Baldwin his visitation rights.

Did you listen to the audio? Not only did he call her names, he cussed at her -- verbally abused her -- throughout the whole message! Talk about doing emotional damage! The damage done by this tirade is miles worse than that of Imus's stupid comments. This was a father's rage directed toward his own flesh and blood, not a shock-jock spewing a little hate for ratings and response!

If the tape was sealed by a court order, it was definately a part of a court proceeding. My guess is, the tape was introduced into evidence in a "Suit Affecting The Parent-Child Relationship." This is a suit that is filed by one parent or the other in an attempt to limit or cease the visitation periods of one parent or the other, increase or decrease child support, or change the residency of a child.

I have every idea that the mother of the child filed the suit in an attempt to stop Baldwin's visitation because he was doing psychological damage to the child, and/or physical damage. I wouldn't put that past Baldwin. My guess is, the mother, through her lawyer, introduced the tape as evidence of abuse.

No doubt the proceedings were "sealed." Oklahoma used to automatically seal all proceedings that involved minors. That precludes a child digging up records when their grown and finding out what their parents fought about.

Juvenile criminal records are automatically sealed. It takes an act of Congress for one jurisdiction to learn what an individual did in another jurisdiction --even within the state. Forget state to state.

Actor Alec Baldwin may be finding himself in very big trouble this morning. I mean, big trouble.

Baldwin is caught on TMZ.com on an audiotape recording of a scalding message he left for his 12-year-old daughter Ireland.

Even though it’s obvious that Ireland’s mother, Kim Basinger, leaked the tape to the TMZ Web site — either Basinger or her divorce lawyers — it may not matter. Baldwin’s screamfest at his only child has already caused a family court judge in Los Angeles to suspend his visitation rights temporarily.
