It was all the fault of the White racist Americans. Come on, folks, we've got to bring more of these "high IQ" third worlders into the country, don't we?
Iunderstand why the the student turned into a gunman. I knew that something like this was going to happen, and this may be the beginning, unless Americans become more respectful to non-white people (both verbal and nonverbal). Racism is constant, mostly nonverbal. I came from a similar background, although not exactly the same. During the junior high school, I was one of the few Asians at the school. Many students are racists and people called me many names. I also spoke constantly about killing people. I started lifting weights, and at the end of that year, I was the strongest in my school. I played with lots of bb guns and paintball guns. I started playing various sports (fball, wrestling, etc). My parents were also poor. Many immigrants either join gangs or some people play sports to release their anger. Fortunately, I was able to overcome the environmental factors, became very popular in high school, and overcame the adversity. It is a special challenge for immigrants and non-caucasians in America. I have an incredibly strong will power and through the help of God, I overcame adversities and constant racism. Now, I am very successful. Many people will not overcome racial adversities and this shooting could just be the beginning… My advice to all Americans:
1. Be respectful to all people (both verbal and nonverbal), all the time.
2. I don’t understand the gunlaw(biggest problem)
3. American media is full of junk (violence(WWF), sex(OC), drugs, and violent music. Get rid of them, now.
4. Understand that many people from other countries that have poor english accents are better educated than many americans here, with masters and PhDs. Be respectful to people in all places, but most Americans will never know what it feels like to be non-white, because white people are nice to white people.
5. The gunman had personal problems, but it is the media, and the americans that influenced the gunman. Again, the gunlaw is also incomprehensible.
p.s. don’t reply or leave my email address. I will not be pleased. Also, I didn’t check the spelling and the grammar.

He's right on #2 as well, but I guess he did not mean it as he wrote it. Must be one of those foreign PhDs that I'm not qualified to understand.

The slanty-eyed gook can kiss my white Texas hindparts.
You can't know how sick to death I am of being criticized by every foreigner who crosses our shores. If he thinks this is such a rude and disrespectful nation, get the hell out. Go somewhere else.

Actually, he's correct that too many people are rude and insulting, and that such behavior should stop. But he's mistaken in his belief that that would cause incidents like this. If that were true, we'd have millions of such incidents every year. And apparently all that education of his hasn't given him much common sense, or else he'd know that tighter control causes more killings, not less. But like many kids, regardless of nationality or race, he's so full of his own arrogance that he doesn't realize that, in many ways, he's still an idiot.

all that education of his hasn't given him much common sense, Our education system is geared to remove common sense from kids. The Liberal teachers/Professors are doing a very good job at that I might add......:flame:

If this tool thinks that racism is the reason why kids get picked on in school then he/she is dumber than the article they wrote. Kids get bullied for being tall, short, skinny, fat, ugly, beautiful, smart, slow...this again all comes down to ignorance and it's all about me cause I be a minority.
1. Be respectful to all people (both verbal and nonverbal), all the time.
Ya'll can kiss my ass! How's that for a south Texas How do ya do? Even said it with my hat tipped!
2. I don’t understand the gunlaw(biggest problem)
According to the article you're the damn genius, figure it out!
4. Understand that many people from other countries that have poor english accents are better educated than many Americans here, with masters and PhDs. Be respectful to people in all places, but most Americans will never know what it feels like to be non-white, because white people are nice to white people.
WRONG, WRONG AND MORE WRONG! That is the most "stereotypical" pile of BS I have ever heard in my life! There are millions of Hispanics about half of which can't or refuse to speak a lick of english and the english they speak, sucks! And as for you last sentence, live in south Texaco here Dik Tu Chort where the La Raza mexicans treat all non mexicans like crap. You need to get a clue!

I knew that something like this was going to happen, and this may be the beginning, unless Americans become more respectful to non-white people (both verbal and nonverbal).
Because white people are the only people who are racist? Give me a break. The single most racist person I've ever known in my entire life was a Philippino guy. Every black person was the "n" word. Hell, even Chinese and Koreans were subject to his racist hatred and don't even get the guy started on Mexicans.
Racism is constant, mostly nonverbal. I came from a similar background, although not exactly the same.
What the hell is nonverbal racism? If no one is saying anything, how do you know they're racist? But I like how this guy says racism is *mostly* non-verbal and then goes on to say this:
Many students are racists and people called me many names.
So here he has just said in one sentence that racism is mostly nonverbal and yet he says that he experienced racism mostly in the form of verbal slurs.
It is a special challenge for immigrants and non-caucasians in America.
Sorry, but I call BS on this one. Immigrants and non-caucasians in this country, whether here legally or illegally, have opportunities up the ass. College funds, special interest groups, legal defense teams, and the list goes on and on.
1. Be respectful to all people (both verbal and nonverbal), all the time.
This is impossible. I respect those who earn it. I'm not going to give respect to people who prove themselves unworthy of it just because it's "PC".
2. I don’t understand the gunlaw(biggest problem)
No, the biggest problem is people who are living in this country, enjoying our freedoms, educational system, welfare, medical care, etc. and yet write lengthy manifestos about how much America sucks. Don't like it, leave.
3. American media is full of junk (violence(WWF), sex(OC), drugs, and violent music. Get rid of them, now.
This may be true and I, for one, wish there wasn't so much crap on TV and in music; however, if someone cannot distinguish the difference between fiction and reality, they need their head examined.
4. Understand that many people from other countries that have poor english accents are better educated than many americans here, with masters and PhDs. Be respectful to people in all places, but most Americans will never know what it feels like to be non-white, because white people are nice to white people.
Oh, okay. Because white people never act disrespectful to other white people. Because it's only white people that have a difficult time relating to people of different races. If that were the case, the term "black on black crime" wouldn't even exist.
5. The gunman had personal problems, but it is the media, and the americans that influenced the gunman. Again, the gunlaw is also incomprehensible.
So we have another America hating liberal spewing their crap online. Minorities never commit crimes because they're messed up in the head? I mean, when white people commit crimes it must be due to the fact that they are mentally unstable, but when a minority commits a crime the white people are to blame?

Good lord people toughen the hell up...lol.
They called me names...:((
They didn't like me...:((
They picked on me...:((
Toughen up for Gods sake and stick up for yourself. If their opinions don't mean anything to you then why let it get to you.
I was one of 3 Asians in my Junoir high school (one was my cousin, and the other was my brother..lol). Bullys shut the hell up when they are confronted. We are bread to be victums so much now that no one is willing to take a stand (maybe they learn this from some of our politicians...lol). Look if a bully comes to take your lunch money they are going to go for the one that won't fight back, they want the easy kill. Heck they are bullys so that right there shows you that they are punks.
If you don't like this country then get the hell out. I'm sorry for being so blunt. I take that back, I am not sorry for being so blunt. I get so sick and tired of hearing people say this country is racisit this, or oppressive this, get a fricken lfe for goodness sakes. Like is tough, if you get knocked down then get back on your dang feet and stop crying. Everyone gets picked on or bullied at some point in their lives and they dont go out and kill people. Especially people that did nothing to them.
This punk doesn't reprisent Asians, hell he wasn't even American so to me he doesn't reprisent America in anyway. How in the Hell did a non-US citizen get a gun legally? That is the question right there. The Consitiution is set in place for American citizens not the world.
Ok now I am ranting...lol. So I'll stop right now and finish my point. Making excusses for punks like this guy, and saying that he did this because he was bullied by someone in highschool, or that someone that was or is racist said something to him. I don't buy that crap for a second. How many students attend VT? This A-hole was evil long before he commited this crime (and he has a history leading up to this day). The warnings were there, from him being allowed to own a gun as a non-US citizen, to his behavior toward others before and after his confrontation with the campus police. If your a member of the Asian society or soemthing and want to use this as an argument against racism, then I say shut the hell up or debate me on that (since I am asian, but I am American first and formost and PROUD OF IT). I look forward to not seeing any excuses put forward for this F-ing lunatic.
ok ranting over...lol. Talk to you guys later....:)

Somebody needs to give that kid a tampon and a shoulder to cry on....I was treated like crap in school and though I would have liked to kill a bunch of people I just kept moving forward. I had red hair, I was socially awkward, I was not rich, I was big but chubby, I had weird hobbies..get the hell over it, have a good life, freaking left wing cry babies.

Let's see, when I came home from Desert Storm, I had several college brats call me "child killer" and lecture me on peace. I proudly wore my military shirts so I did stand out. Anyway, how did I react? I just blew them off mostly although some the persisted received a strong dose of my lousy attitude and reminded them that it was me and many like me who preserve the right for them to speak such filth. They were sometimes told of how little they know and the only way they would would be to enlist and find out.
No, I didn't go on a shooting rampage at the local college to vent my frustrations. I did, however, get a good laugh in at their stupidity once they left.

This kid may be right on some of those things but its no excuse for mass murder. This Cho guy (whatever his name his..the news cant seem to get it right) didnt need a reason to kill his classmates so this rant given to NY Times is moot.

Among the most racist people you'll ever run across are Orientals: Koreans, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, whatever. All are convinced that theirs is the select race and all others are variations on the dog theme.
They go to great lengths to hide this from outsiders. Among their own selves they are only rude to people of lower social standing. This makes them truly believe that they are not racist.

Ignoring it only works if you are capable of rational thought. And if you are mature enough to deal with it. If the person being poked with a stick has the mind of a rattle snake they are going to strike.
But... if it doesn't matter at all, why should anyone care what Alec Baldwin says to his daughter? Why not say SHE just needs to suck it up and get over it? I worry about it because she has her Dad's loony DNA. If how people are treated has nothing to do with who they become we shouldn't worry about ANY abused kids, and I don't think anyone would say that.
However this isn't a case of someone just being picked on, this is SEVERE mental illness.
