Seems to me that there will be a FORMER Deputy Sheriff, a FORMER Health Inspector and a very wealthy American as a result of this blatant disregard for State & Federal Constitutional protections.

The standard for probable cause for Health Inspectors (in order to secure a search warrant) are quite low and make securing said warrant a surety...BUT, the HI is still required to secure one if access to private property is denied.

She is SO screwed.

After viewing the video 6x's here's what I see......

1) Bubba (the landowner) is obviously either repairing or replacing the septic system for his humble abode.....without a local Permit to do such work.

2)The HI is WRONG to enter onto the property without the Owner's permission. She should have obtained a Court Order to enter the Property....And if she has probable cause she should have just issued the landowner a Cease&Desist Order for this visit.

3) The LEO is WRONG for allowing the HI to enter the property since the landowner has indicated that he does not grant her permission to do so. The woman obviously does NOT know the laws to which even she must abide by in her area of jurisdiction. Obvious that the bitch is on a "power trip" and has no intention of trying to have any discourse with the property owner.

Notice how Bubba stepped aside to allow her onto his property? He was so intent on filming her he neglected to physically block her from going past him. Also....He should have demanded that the LEO arrest the HI for trespassing when she first set foot on his property. At that point the onus would have been upon the LEO to do his job instead of just being a goober witness.

Solution: Deputy Dog should have shot both the HI and the landowner with his back-up gun and called in a double homicide to Headquarters.:D:D

The landowner was right if he stepped aside so that the Krispy Kreme eater could do his duty. Instead, Deputy Dawg stood there with his thumbs up his ass.

I agree with Timberwolf. If the landowner plays his cards straight, all the assholes involved are toast.
