A Friday clash between a Berkeley minivan and Critical Mass bicyclists continued to generate conflict Monday as the van driver said the bicyclists placed bicycles under his front tire during the violent melee.

"A certain number of the bicyclists were prepared to do this with malice aforethought," said Harlan Head, 70, driver of the Chevrolet minivan. "They shoved bicycles under the car and attempted several other things."

Just another group of pinko leftist nutjobs who believe they have the right to impose their pagan religion of Earth worship on others. Seeing these sissies crying over smashed bikes was hilarious. Yet even though they had this guy's vehicle surrounded, are banging on it, and two of them to the left are clearly doing something to his vehicle just prior to his pulling forward... they are somehow victims. You hear them lie several times telling him there's a person under his van. I like how there was really only one person (in a red jacket) in front of the van initially, and as he pulls forward, others try to move in front of the vehicle as opposed to out of the way (I imagine their reasoning being that more smashed bikes will bolster their impending smear campaign against the evil, earth-killing oil-user).

Apparently this elderly man (with handicapped tags on his plate) was supposed to ride a bike across town to see his daughter (also hadicapped according to the story). Because the Earth god forbids the driving of motor vehicles.

The thing that's most puzzling to me in these kinds of atrocities is where law enforcement hides out while crimes are being commited by biker-criminals.
