Researchers have found that the Southern Ocean is absorbing an ever-decreasing proportion of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. The excess carbon, which cannot be absorbed by the oceans, will remain in the atmosphere and accelerate global warming, they said.

The reduced ability to absorb carbon is thought to be a result of high winds acting on ocean currents bringing deeper waters that already contain high levels of carbon to the surface.

The higher winds are themselves believed to have been caused by climate change due to a combination of changes in the ozone layer and carbon emissions.

The more their junk science is proved to be fraudulent, the more shrill and frantic they get about it. It would be amusing if it weren't so pathetic.

It is the 18th day of May. 25th day of May is the latest/last day to plant cotton. It is still raining in Lubbock, Texas. Pouring rain here this morning. Ground temp has to get to [I think] 68 degrees, or cotton seed won't germinate. High Plains Underground Water District tests show the ground is saturated to a depth of 6'. Temps in the low 50's. Ground is cold, cold, cold, and wet.

We are still running space heathers to keep the chill off. I haven't put the electric blanket away yet, and it feels real good at night.

I whole bunch of cotton farmers are sitting idle out here, waiting for some Global Warming to kick in.

An increase of the earth's temperature increases the evaporation of water vapor, which in turn increases the concentration of carbon dioxide. Increases in levels of carbon dioxide do not result in increased temperatures.
