:moo: It's the greatest time of year to be a teacher. This year, though, I'll be forfeiting vacation time to teach summer school & attend a conference to become certified to teach advanced placement classes.

:unsmile: Can you imagine? Some idiot bureaucrats think that a teacher needs special certification to teach the smart kids. Maybe it's time our education system is run by somebody who actually knows something about teaching.

1. What's your favorite Clint Eastwood movie?
He's done so many good ones that it would be hard to choose, but I've never care for the war/soldier stuff, but I don't care for that no matter who acts in it. Midnight In The Garden of Good and Evil, although he didn't act in, he did produce/direct, and it was very good.

2. What's your favorite Andy Griffith movie?
The Girl in the Empty Grave.

3. Who's your favorite super hero?
George W. Bush

4. What's your favorite Morgan Freeman movie?
The Alex Cross movies, as well as Driving Miss Daisy.

5. What was the last movie you saw at a theätre?
March of he Pengins

6. What bumper stickers do you have on your car?
A bumper sticker? On my car? That's a joke, right? You're kidding, right?

7. How do you prefer your chili?
Do you mean with or without beans? If so, either way is fine with me.

8. What's your favorite Gladys Knight song?
I'm not sure I've ever heard one. I probably have, but didn't know who I was listening to.

9. Do you prefer chicken or fish?
Fish. Catfish. Blue fish. Red Sanpper. Flounder. Etc., etc., etc. But I really like chicken, too. [LP, the next time you're in Lubbock, instead of going to Fuddrucker's for a burger, check out River Smith's if you like catfish. Very inexpensive, casual, order at the window dining.]

10. Do you do anything special to observe Memorial Day?
I'll take the grandboys to the War Memorial [I think it's actually called the "Veteran's Memorial"]. They like to go there. They like the Memorial, and they like the playa lake it overlooks. Ducks and geese to feed.

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly! Absolutely! But I love so many of his movies, Western and otherwise.
2. What's your favorite Andy Griffith movie?
Haven't seen any of his movies.
3. Who's your favorite super hero?
Probably Superman, as played by George Reeves.

Not sure.

The Passion of the Christ. I don't think I've seen one since I saw that one.

I prefer to eat it. Oh, that's not what you meant? Umm... well I prefer it with not so many kidney beans. I think they put in too many sometimes.

Chicken
10. Do you do anything special to observe Memorial Day?
Not really. But I really do appreciate our veterans. I visit old cemeteries all the time, and some of my favorite graves to check out are the veterans' graves (and KIA's), from the Revolutionary War to the present.
