And I have to wonder how much more dead the "living document" Constitution is going to be after the courts get done approving the program in response to every challenge. Their methods of approving unconstitutional behavior from government are quite crude and destructive. After what I've seen the courts do over the past few decades, I'm sure they'll at least kick the dead corpse a few times just to make sure there's no chance of a resurrection.

It didn't pass ... this time. However, after Nov 4, there WILL be a RAT is in the WH. There WILL be even more RATs in the Congress. It is 100% certain that the "immigration reform" bullshit WILL reappear. This time it WILL pass. And anything that will work toward giving the fedgov total control of the country and the people WILL be approved. It's the way RATs are.
