Last year, I also e-mailed google and got the exact same response. It's nothing more than a cut and paste form e-mail they send out en-mass. I posted that e-mail and response in these forums last year as well. I also posted their "tribute" to Sir Arthur Conan Doyle in the forums, with the Sherlock Holms bust and the image of a light post and foot steps in it. Very "light hearted" that logo. I almost couldn't stop laughing at the tongue in cheek humor of that logo.
They are unable to squeeze Memorial Day into their "rotating calender", yet somehow, Sir Arthur Conan Doyal's birthday is such a major, world wide event, they just couldn't seem to pass that one up.
