I suppose it would depend on the weight of the woman. Lord knows, Hillary, Roseanne and Natalie Maines could not do it. Nor could their hubbies lift that much blubber at one time.

Several women have admitted to me that many women love the feeling of being wrapped in the power and protection of a big strong man, contrary to modern feminist theory. Such a woman loves the feeling of being able to hang herself off her man's shoulders, lifting her feet right up, so sure is she of his solidness. She loves the feeling of being picked up and cradled in strong arms. But she doesn't want to be made to feel inferior or helpless. The flip side is, once her man's strength firmly established, how she then likes her ego stroked by his praise of her strength.

The guy in the picture would sink himself with something dumb like "You little whisp of a thing, my shoulders barely feel you hanging there." But he'd probably go farther with "Oh, how I love that firm grip around my neck." or "What gymnast! What other tricks do you know?".
