Attorney: Convicted Killer Should Be Spared for Psychological Study

TITUSVILLE, Fla. — Death row inmate Mark Dean Schwab is a "scientific mystery" who should be spared execution so he can be further studied to prevent other pedophiles from raping and killing children, his attorney said in a motion for clemency.

Schwab, 38, was sentenced to death for the 1991 kidnapping, rape and murder 11-year-old Junny Rios-Martinez of Cocoa. Schwab, who had recently been released from prison for raping another child, targeted Junny after seeing his picture in a newspaper.

I volunteer my services free of charge, no government research grant, I supply everything, to study this candy ass. I don't guarantee results though. I mean, uh, I don't know if I can prevent his dying because of my research, or that a baseball bat won't wind up shoved up his ass, self-inflicted.

Here, let me give you the synopsis, no degree is neccessary. The man is a sicko, can never be cured and will help to shed zero light on the minds of child molesters other than what is already known. They are sick and there is no psychiatric services that can be provided, the results of which could be used to "prevent" other child molestors from they're OCD fetish.

Child molestors and rapists are the largest repeat offenders on the planet and there are reasons. Lax and loose reprimand for first-time offenses (and even 2nd 3rd) and the fact that, as many distinguished medical intellects will tell you, there is no way to cure these people's sick minds.

Solution: Kill the murderous sicko. Facts are facts, psycho-analysis is a bunch of psuedo-science as far as I'm concerned. Besides, there are plenty of other murderous rapists with which the psychologist's can pretend to gather information from in the name of 'future prevention'......yeah!

Oh yeah, theres another reason why they are the largest repeat offenders. The judicial system lets them go because prisons are too crowded with drug addcits-60% of people in jail are there for drug related reasons. Of that 60 percent, 40 percent are users and only 20% dealers.

America's war on drugs is of larger concern than rapists and pedophiles, apparantly.
