Democratic Opponents Slam Barack Obama For Speech on Pakistan
Wednesday, August 01, 2007

WASHINGTON — Illinois Sen. Barack Obama's Democratic presidential rivals slammed him Wednesday, calling it a sign of inexperience to suggest sending GIs to Pakistan to hunt down Al Qaeda terrorists, declaring that, "if President Musharraf won't act, we will."

"Frankly, I am not sure what Barack is calling for in his speech this morning. But it is dangerous and irresponsible to leave even the impression the United States would needlessly and publicly provoke a nuclear power," said Sen. Chris Dodd, D-Conn.

In his speech at the Woodrow Wilson Center for International Scholars in Washington, D.C., — billed as a major foreign policy address — Obama said that as commander in chief he would remove troops from Iraq and put them "on the right battlefield in Afghanistan and Pakistan."

He offered harsh words to Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf, who has been the target of assassination attempts for his efforts to aid the United States in rooting out terrorist havens in the northwestern region of his country.

"I understand that President Musharraf has his own challenges. But let me make this clear. There are terrorists holed up in those mountains who murdered 3,000 Americans. They are plotting to strike again," Obama said. "If we have actionable intelligence about high-value terrorist targets and President Musharraf won't act, we will."...http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,291788,00.html

The man who would be president. Hopefully this will mark the beginning of his end.

It was clear from the beginning that this twit had no experience in the real world outside America's protective borders. The more he opens his mouth, the more he shows why he would be the worst possible president -- except maybe for the former First Lady.

A bridge too far: Obama was really starting to believe that he WAS the "Magic Negro", and that whatever came from his mouth sounded like a golden-throated heartthrob from the '50s and resonated with his spellbound audience.

Okay, changing metaphors here:

Obama managed to thrust deep into Hillary's territory through those sunny summer days almost at will, but where Hillary's Waffen SS eventually awaited him. Obama reached his Arnhem, where he overreached and was decisively repulsed.

The question is: now that Obama's summer offensive is over, will Hillary's Panzer counterattack break Obama at Bastogne?

I am still betting on an "accident" like JFK Jr. or Ron Brown will find Obama if he gets too popular. Or maybe a Vince Foster like "incident".

Obama managed to thrust deep into Hillary's territory . . .Please, I don't want to hear about anyone "thrust[ing] deep into" anything of Hillary's.

In my case, that'd be like asking me to choose between a stupid Satan and a crafty, particularly nasty Satan. Whichever I chose, I'd still be putting Satan in the WH. So. If I had to choose, I'd shoot myself. I'm sure God, in His infinite mercy, will understand.

As for Obama's idiotic remarks about Pakistan, they are nothing but an equally idiotic attempt to play both the dove and the hawk. Obama knows that the majority of the American people, though weary of the war in Iraq, DO NOT want the USA to cut and run. He also knows that the inmates at Daily Kos, MoveOn, Hollywood, and other communist hellholes, being the ones who invest in democrat candidates' campaigns, demand that democrat candidates acquiesce to their peremptory requests for peace at any cost.

Now what is a poor, inexperienced, all-talk-no-substance, still-wet-behind-the-ears, apology for a senator supposed to do in such a situation? Why, try to please God and Mammon, of course. Which is why he bows to the cash cows (Kos, MoveOn, etc.) and says that he'll immediately withdraw from Iraq; while at the same time, he tries to convince normal, sane Americans that he is a a no-nonsense terrorist-basher, by peremptorily stating that he will attack ... looks around nervously ... quick, Hussein, think ... ah, yes! Pakistan! He'll invade Pakistan! That's it. Teach them.

And maybe he'll get away with it. I mean, all the cretins at Kos and Hollywood want to hear is that we'll cut and run from Iraq (like we did in Vietnam). As for normal, sane Americans, they've figured this Hallmark-valentine-quoting fraud out by now, so it's more likely than not that they WON'T vote for him.

Well done, Hussein. You da man, bro.

 If I had to choose, I'd pick Hillary.I understand Moo's point... Yes of course Hilary is the evil witch queen and the closest thing we have ever had to a real live Marxist reaching for the Whitehouse... But at least she (or her handlers)has some vague basic idea of prudent international diplomacy in a hostile environment... Obama acts like some 13 yo who thinks he has just come up with the best idea to solve all the problems and he's so much smarter than all those stupid grown-ups...

Hilary is a media creation, no doubt... She wouldnt be where she is if it wasn't for her association with Bill and the media's concerted efforts to create her as a pop culture figure - She's the Julia Roberts of politics - All fluff and no talent...

But if Hilary is the media Frankenstein monster, Obama is Frankenstein Mark II... He IS the bridge too far... He is the media creation that has begun to believe his own bullshit - And they forgot to give him a brain... He just has a nucleus of ganglia that controls his motor functions... The Dems were perfectly happy to let the media create these monsters, but this last one has really gotten out of control and now they are thinking seriously about forming their own mob of angry villagers to hunt him down...

I hope this indeed IS the beginning of the end for Obama... I want to see him out of the way - he's distracting the real debate we need... And that is the debate that will reveal Hilary for the Marxist Witch Queen that she is... As long as Obama is on the stage, dancing around and juggling and being the most loony of candidates, he is making Hilary appear to be semi-normal - even wise... And that appearance is NOT what we want America to see about her... We want America to see the ugly (forgive me, DTS) naked truth about her...

We want them to see the Witch Queen in all her terrible glory...

Pakistan Criticizes Obama on Comments
Friday, August 03, 2007

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan — Pakistan criticized U.S. presidential candidate Barack Obama on Friday for saying that, if elected, he might order military strikes against terrorists hiding in this Islamic country.

Top Pakistan officials said Obama's comment was irresponsible and likely made for political gain in the race for the Democratic nomination.

"It's a very irresponsible statement, that's all I can say," Pakistan's Foreign Minister Khusheed Kasuri told AP Television News. "As the election campaign in America is heating up we would not like American candidates to fight their elections and contest elections at our expense."

Another presidential hopeful, Colorado Republican Tom Tancredo, also came under criticism Friday by a Pakistani official after saying that the best way to deter a nuclear terrorist attack on the United States would be to threaten to retaliate by bombing the holiest Islamic sites of Mecca and Medina....http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,291982,00.html

We have here Barak Hussein Obama who says that we shouldn't be waging war against our enemies in Iraq, yet he wants to wage war against one of our friends in Pakistan. It appears to me that the indoctrination he was subjected to in radical Islamic schools during the first 10 years of his life is finally coming to the forefront.

If we lose our "arrangement" with Pakistan, we have to abandon Afghanistan... Pakistan is the ONLY airspace we have to supply troops in Afghanistan... I suppose this is a minor detail that President-wanna-be Obama overlooked...

One wonders how Dumbo Bahama plans to invade Pakistan under those conditions? Do ya think, If this brave new Democrat government offers Pakistan enough foreign aid cash, they will oblige President Dumbo's need for airspace to support his military action against..... Pakistan?

Ya know, if Hilary's handlers had their eyes open, they'd use that line of "illogic" as their killing blow to Obama in the next Dem debate...

Hillary will probably choose him or Edwards for her running mate. The other will fill some high cabinet office.

We will never be rid of any of them.

Ain't that the effing truth, Venus. :(

As for this

But at least she (or her handlers)has some vague basic idea of prudent international diplomacy in a hostile environment ...

Laz, honey, you said it yourself. Hillary is a real Marxist. So as such, her "vague idea of prudent international diplomacy" is all smoke and mirrors to make people believe exactly that: that she has some vague basic idea of prudent international diplomacy.

Trust me, as soon as she plops her fat ass in the presidential seat, all pretenses will vanish and she will act as the Marxist she never ceased to be. She'll be on air-kissing terms with Chavez, Castro (if the bastard is still alive), Kim the (Mentally)Il, Ahmadinejad, and all the rest of her like-minded pals.

It's Obama who's all fluff, IMHO. He's just a singing Hallmark card. Lots of nice words, but that's all.

Never underestimate the damage Hillary can do to this country. NEVER.

I think that Barrack Obamanation senses now that he is a minor leaguer not ready for the big leagues. Pretty words without substance caught the attention and admiration of the shallow set, but the sparkle and glitter has now worn off, and Barrack is left standing in an empty suit for all to see. If he was smart he'd be aiming for VP behind the Medusa.

Practice your "yez'm", Barrack - you're going to need them with that witch.

Never gonna happen, Nut. Bush is too busy imprisoning border guards to bother with Hitliary. He does not now nor has he ever had the cojones to do a damn thing about the Clintons and their corruption. He and his dad are friends with them.
