Well, got called out to take care of a plane at work last night. I got out to the plane to find out that one of the passengers stuffed his oversized bag into the overhead bin to the point where the door got jammed half-open. After some figuring and finesse, I not only unjammed it but got the door working right. Anyway...
I told the gate agent, "I'll bring the bag to him," as it was because of his ignorance that another passenger, who's bag was jammed next to his, and the next plane load of passengers had to wait the extra half-hour. I handed him his bag and said loud enough for others to hear, "check it next time if it won't fit." (Yes, I'm an asshole!)
I don't know if he was embarrassed or pissed at me by the look on his face but I left with a smile and some satisfaction.
