So, my kids are watching cartoons and during the commercial break an ad for Barbie Boutique comes on.
She has a credit card.
She's running it up.
$100
She giggles.
$200
She giggles again.
I'm thinking wtf?
How far is she gonna rack this thing up?
Then, the ad is finally over.
And just when I think the insanity is over, as I'm walking out the room I hear another ad. It begins with... 'pull my finger..'
Then there's the Bratz dolls followed by the Bratz movie. Pretty soon to be followed up by brats... everywhere, a bunch of listless shits running around.
And why isn't this doll selling?

Or the Deluxe Librarian action figure. Look, it comes with its own push cart.

Its fairly exciting.
I mean if you try really hard, as a kid, you might be able to have it take on Darth Vader.
And at least Vader doesn't cop an attitude, nor does he brag about his credit cards.
