Yes, his act is one of the funniest in comedy to me. I know it must be difficult to develop a new act, especially using those puppets, but I wish he would do more televised specials and guest appearances. I would love to go see his act live, I bet it's roll-on-the-floor funny!
You should check out some of the clips on youtube. I found a few that have gaffes and goof-ups -- that's better comedy than the regular stand-up acts of many of the popular/famous comedians. He knows how to cover malfunctions with the puppets, messed-up lines, and distractions from the audience VERY well. The best one I saw was when Peanut's hair fell out/off his head in the middle of the act, LOL.

Yeah I think I have seen most of the clips on youtube. I love it. He really great. And I have never seen him go past PG-13.... which is nice considering what most comics do.
