I just discovered this gem on Turner Classic Movies. It's on as I type this. I just happened to be flipping through the channels when this movie was starting. I immediately noticed that it seemed to me like a Sergio Leone movie and that the music seemed like Ennio Morricone's. I was right. One thing that makes it quite different is that it's a comedy. It's quite interesting though, because Leone was not credited as being the producer or director. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0070215/
The Wikipedia entry on this movie is also quite interesting. I recommend at least checking it out if you've never heard of it. (I had never heard of it.)
Edit: Here is the Wikipedia article on this movie: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/My_Name_is_Nobody
