It was such a good game, did you see it?
The Bulldogs got 2 penalties after the first score of the game, for celebrating by all 70 players running out on to the field and jumping up and down in the end zone! http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i151/marshwiggle_2006/Laughinghysterically.gif It was great! Richt admitted that it was planned, by saying "I told them if they didn't get a penalty for celebrating after the first score I would be mad at them" http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i151/marshwiggle_2006/very_happy.gif

I actually have a tradition ... I don't watch the game, because I feel like I jinx them. My daughter was watching in the other room while she was playing on the computer. She told me after the first touchdown (so I saw the celebration) and when there was only 2:34 left in the game.

It was my husband's day to take care of his father, so he's not home yet. I'm not sure if he knows thy won yet, but he will be SO happy and excited. The good thing is, here in swampville, they always replay the lizard games the day after, so we'll be getting us some munchies and cuddling up to watch the replay tomorrow ... and enjoying every minute of it!!! :evilgrin:

Well... amazingly, we actually did come back in the second half and play pretty darn good! Even went into overtime... But we lost http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i151/marshwiggle_2006/crynose.gif

It was an excellent game...and I am happy with how we played overall... I didn't expect to recover from the awful first half... so just seeing that we did made me happy!

The makings for a nice sports day. The Red Sox make it 3-0 over the Rockies and the Volunteers beat the Gamecocks.:thumb:

Plus Bergeron looks like he's going to be OK.

Tim Tebow was sacked 6 times by Georgia.

Answering coach Mark Richt's pregame challenge, about 70 players rushed from the Georgia sideline following Moreno's first-quarter touchdown, jumping up and down and celebrating wildly. Florida just watched, stunned by the brazen Bulldogs.LOL
