Lawyer Sues For Dog Bite To His Nipple

Posted on Monday, 28 of May , 2007 at 6:31 pm
FORT LAUDERDALE—If your dog is going to bite someone in self defense, try to be sure it’s not an attorney.

A Boca Raton family is being sued by Fort Lauderdale attorney William R. Cohen for $1 million because he claims their dog bit his left nipple and he’s experiencing a “loss of sexual comfort and desire”....http://www.northcountrygazette.org/news/2007/05/28/nipple_bite/

Any court that doesn't throw that ludicrous suit out should be shut down.

I think this S.O.B. needs some serious mental evaluation. What was he doing with his nipple in the dogs mouth?Case dismissed.

He should not have put peanut butter on his nipples. It gets the dogs every time.

He should read up on the case of the Judge and the missing pants. It might hep him regain his sanity.

He won't get a mil but he'll get something.

It's too bad we didn't pass tort reform back in the days when we had the chance. It'll only get worse with the 'rats running congress because it emboldens trial lawyers.

Beo, it's not funny for the family getting sued. They have to mount an expensive defense, no matter which path the case takes.
