The Fresno Bee - 37 minutes agoThe state's best known conservative lawmaker, state Sen. Tom McClintock, is heading Fred Thompson's California campaign for president.

One of my few regrets when Hubby and I left CA in 2002 to move to GA was that I didn't get a chance to vote for Tom for Governor.

This is really a great endorsement.

It's happening here too, amazing to see since this state isn't known for strong conservative politicians, but the few we do have all have moved behind Fred.
