The story behind Amazing Grace is one of the greatest Conservative stories I think exist. Two men had the guts to stand up for what was right and the everybody else hated them with a passion. Yet, somehow, through God's Amazing Grace, they stamped out slavery in Britain. I honestly don't know how they did it.
