Excerpt:

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton's camp tried to convince voters on Friday that she had put a bad two-week stretch behind her and emerged strong from her debate performance in Las Vegas.

The Clinton campaign put together video clips of some of her remarks at the debate showing her fighting back and defending herself against her rivals. The videos were turned into a Web appeal asking for campaign contributions.

LOL. Yeah, the drive-by media today was frantically trying to send that message.

Jim watched the debate last night. Seeing as how our place is a small one, I could not avoid hearing some of it. The same old same old pandering fest, with all candidates promising their slaves the earth and the sky, and blaming Bush when they did not have a good answer at hand. Nothing new.

At one point, a female reporter asked Hillary a very pointed question about her using the gender card. Since I was not paying attention, I can't tell you what The Bitch answered. But even without listening, I could tell she danced around it like a gypsy around a camp fire.

Then, Obama was soundly booed at a given time, which was hilarious, and he and Hillary exchanged looks that would have turned them both into a pile of cinders, if looks could kill ... SIGH! :(

I can't imagine anyone winning the "debate" since it was another repetition of all the previous ones.

Jim says the losers were those who watched it. He speakes from painful experience, you understand, since he was one of them.

There was one moment during the whole pandering fest that made really cringe. It was when this "mother" popped up, with her son in tow, to ask the candidates to stop the war in Iraq as she did not want her (Marine) son to go back to all that danger.

Man, I felt bad for the alleged Marine. Imagine showing up with your mom at a demunist pandering fest, and hide behind momma's skirt while she pleads for her son to be spared.

Hey, lady? Your (adult) son volunteerd for that, for the danger, remember? As for you, son, shame on you. You are a disgrace to brave honest-to-God Marines. :flame:

Then, it was found out that the woman is a regular war-protestor, who shows up at every Sheehan bash, and who was planted there to specifically play the boo-hoo-hoo role during which, of course, she lashed out at Bush.

God, these demunists are despicable!

It probably wasn't her son. It was probably some indoctrinated college kid.

I didn't watch the debate (I wouldn't be able to stand it), but I saw outtakes from it. I was disgusted, as much with CNN and the Clinton machine as I was with Hillary herself. The whole thing was so contrived and staged for Hillary, it reminded me of a scene from The Red Violin showing a Maoist public indoctrination/communism enforcement rally of the 1950s.

Clinton seeks to convince voters she won debateWhich one? There have been about 99 mllion of them so far.

I want to see that contemptible bitch crushed into pulp at the polls (if she makes it that far with her increasingly nauseating "Don't pick on the girl!" shtick.

I didn't watch it... I figured I would save time and read the transcripts the next day from cnn.com. Then I had to stop reading it after the first few lines, because I just couldn't take it anymore... lol

Onliest way Hillary Clinton gonna win the election is if the dead and felon votes turn out in record numbers nationwide.

You can tell that Hitlery's camp had kidnapped Wolf Blitzers family and held them until after the debate was over. It was absolutely pathetic. I guess the best way to look like a major league hitter again is to go to a batting cage and have some SOFTBALLS tossed your way. She looked even more pathetic during this debate because anyone, and I mean anyone, with half of even a liberals brain could see that this whole debate was set up to help the B**** recover. These idiots should absolutely be ashamed of themselves. And as far as Osama Obama; this tool is NOT ready for prime time either. He looked like a damn deer that stumbled across a pile of apples and looked up to see 10 hunters with high powered rifles sighted in on him. PATHETIC!! I had zero respect for CNN and Wolf Blitzer but somehow that got even worse.

Re Blitzer, he was probably reminded that those who don't kiss Clintonian ass might just wind up in Fort Marcy Park.

They will. That's why 'pubs need to get out and vote 'pub whether their candidate is our nominee or not. As Hugh Hewitt wrote, If It's Not Close, They Can't Cheat.

I didn't bother watching it, either, it was just another ploy to showcase Hillary passed off a "debate":

Everything was contrived, as usual.
