Texas Subdivision Bans Convicted Sex Offenders From Owning, Living In New Homes

AMARILLO, Texas — A subdivision has barred convicted sex offenders from owning or living in any new homes.

G.R. Chapman Limited Partnership said the deed restriction will apply to new development within The Woodlands. The 550 existing homes are not affected.

Here is what the SOs have been doing which is why this is just pie in the sky for them.

An SO needs to register with a permanent address. More and more the SOs are registering as no permanent address or homeless. That way there is NO WAY anyone knows who they are, or where they are. So much for the subdivision keeping them out. The only way the Subdiv would know who is a registered SO is to check the registry. One buys a house next door to the Doe family with five kids, dutifully registers as homeless and no one knows a darn thing.
