If I see a little kid walking down the street carrying a bottle of some liquid, with a piece of rag sticking out of the neck, I'm getting my shotgun and ordering him to set it down in the middle of the street, lie flat in the street kissing the asphalt, and then the police can take over. So far it appears to be a group of teens enjoying themselves, drinking and smoking dope at an outdoor rave party. Carloads of them were seen leaving the area just ahead of the flames. Whether it was an accident caused by kids as high as kites or deliberately set as a way to have some fun is under investigation.

How anyone could justify this as an accidental consequence of someone exercising their right to get high, to have fun, to party, is beyond me but I am aware that many are doing just that.
