AIKEN, S.C. — A bank teller had a million reasons to deny this transaction.

The stolen check thing wasn't working out too well so he decided to open his own account. How touching. I just hate it when things go wrong for some poor dude down on his luck who tries to straighten up and do things the right way.

Since there is no million-dollar bill, he cannot be accused of counterfeiting. He might as well have tried to use Monopoly money. About all they can charge him with is being a butthead.
