Talk about any concert you're going to go to soon or any concert you recently went to in this thread.

I just bought tickets to see John Fogerty this Saturday. Although he's a leftist bitchass, I'm going to put up with those dumb anti-Bush rants just to hear the frontman for one of my favorite bands of all time.

My last concert was Alan Parsons Live Project, outdoors at an Oktoberfest in St. Petersburg, FL. I loved it, but I liked them more backed up by an orchestra the previous time I saw them.

They played many favorite hits and a few new ones, rotated lead singing among all the band members including the drummer. For a band I had pegged as a studio phenomenon, they really excel in person.

Last weeken, some Irish folk band after that I went to some jazz nightclub where I saw some jazz band. I like seeing bands I dont know.

The last concert I attended was Credence Clearwater REVISTED. A "Cover Band" for the real CCR. I didn't stay for the whole show.

I got to see BoDeans (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bodeans) with my brother and sister at the Iowa State Fair back in August, a few hours after meeting teh Fred in person.

That was one of the best days of my life. :thumb:
