This is important to me and my wife because we will be homeschooling our children rather than having them brainwashed at the local public re-education center.
More and more, homeschooling is becoming a choice for conservative parents who wish to keep their kids away from a liberal system...because of this, liberals are targeting home schooling.
Ron Paul is the only candidate who is dedicated to keeping homeschooling a viable and easy option with little government intrusion. Some candidates don't even mention home schooling on their issues lists and others mention it in passing. Paul gives it the attention it deserves on his website.
