Report: Family Arrested After Mall Fracas Prompted by Saggy Pants
Wednesday, January 02, 2008

A family of six was arrested at a Florida mall last week following a melee that cops said was prompted by sagging pants...

It took about 20 deputies, a canine unit and a police helicopter to apprehend the Leger family, who got involved in the fracas on Dec. 27 after Frantz Leger, 20, was arrested for trespassing...Leger had reportedly been banned from the mall over the summer after wearing baggy pants.

The family came to the parking lot...as ...Frantz Leger was being arrested and attempted to stop it. Family members allegedly began pushing, scratching, kicking, screaming and cursing at cops...

...Frantz's 50-year-old mother, allegedly pushed two deputies to keep them from arresting and Tasing her nephew, who had allegedly assaulted a deputy during the brawl...She was also accused of kicking and attempting to pull away from a deputy during her arrest.

Frantz’s father...threatened to kill deputies and later began to scratch and kick during his arrest...Frantz’s sister...reportedly screamed and cursed at a surrounding crowd and attempted to push past an officer....http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,319485,00.html

It was only a matter of time. Apparently, the usual posse of female relatives descended on the mall (just like they do at school) and caused the imbroglio. I'm all for "keeping America beautiful" (after all, crack IS whack :rotflmbo:) but, whatever one thinks of that law, it is in effect and that mall had every right to ban the offender(-s).

The family straight out of Deliverance.

I personally wish anyone wearing saggy pants with undies or butt crack showing would go to jail or pay a $500 fine, per occurrence. They won't take hints or respond to decency, club the bastards.

...whatever one thinks of that law, it is in effect and that mall had every right to ban the offender(-s).There is no law in effect to apply here, except trespassing.

And that's exactly what it is when one's been declared a persona non grata on private property. Stores, and the malls in which they're located, do it all the time--if you're a known shoplifter, you're out. If they don't want cracks exposed, you're out.

The family straight out of Deliverance.

Understatement of the year. Who wants to lay down money that the saggy-pants brat was never spanked in his entire life? Here's my bet.

From another report . . .

"I think the whole baggy pants is a ridiculous fad, but if you want to wear it, wear it," Viera, 30, said.

But, he adds, there's a point where it becomes obscene, like when the pants are completely below one's rear end making it nearly impossible to walk.

"Wear what you want to wear, but be respectful of other people as well," Viera said. "Come on, I have a 4-year-old daughter. I don't want to see that." His wife, Samantha, 23, said the community is simply trying keep up its standards with restrictions. "Wellington is predominantly wealthy people, and wealthy people don't want to see it," she said. A lot of sensible poor and middle-class people don't want to see the crack of someone else's ass, either.

Desired response; come up from behind, grab the undies waistband, and in one smooth, rapid motion, leave them standing there depanted.

And the best part is they won't be able to run to catch up.
