View Full Version : Clintons no longer the life of the Party
DesertFox

Awaiting her coronation here last night, Hillary Rodham Clinton instead faced a seething revolt within her own party. More than 70 percent of Iowa Democrats rejected her bid to get back into the White House.
And so, after 15 years of domination, the Clinton dynasty has finally lost its grip on the Democratic Party. More than anything else, Clinton's campaign was built upon the aura of inevitability. That's now shattered and left in Iowa's frozen cornfields.
What's devastating to her is that she lost so badly to such a political novice.

Hildebeast has been running for POTUS ever since Free Willy got in the White House. It must gall her to come in 3rd to a noobie. She's a mean, spiteful bitch and I'll bet she's tearing her election staff new ones today.

I bet she is, too, even though the prollem isn't they but she. Her prollem is that the thinking electorate knows she's a vindictive, hateful, Communist bitch and they don't like vindictive, hateful, Communist bitches.

Oh Im sure she's not blaming herself. Klintons never blame themselves. IMHO she'll probably eventually get the nomination, just not by the wide margin she and the MSM predicted months ago.

Wasn't she way ahead in Ioway about a month and a half ago? Politics is fickle stuff...look at what's happened to Rudy...keep an eye on what's GOING to happen to the Huckster and the Mutt.

Wasn't she way ahead in Ioway about a month and a half ago?No. A few polls had her ahead by a couple and a few had her behind by a couple, basically neck and neck. She was never ahead in Iowa by more than 11 points, and that was only in one poll. She generally averaged a 2 to 7 point lead up until a couple of weeks ago.

Never doubt the political power of the Clintons. As I mentioned before, Slick Willie lost in Iowa only to win in New Hampshire. The media loved the "Comeback Kid" remark, which propelled him to take over the rest.
The Clintons are a wily bunch. Barack Obama shouldn't be gloating... there is still a long way to go. And in the end, who is to say the Clintons won't try and buy off delegates for the convention?
A lot is still up in the air for sure. And as someone else said last night, I can't remember who... Obama better make sure he has people he knows working on his cars and planes. He also better be taking lots and lots of Bayer just in case he has a freak heart attack.

Make no mistake about it; Hillary IS in trouble! If the momentum of yesterdays win in Iowa shows up in the next N.H. poll, the polls to keep an eye on will be the Michigan and S.C primaries, both with a huge Black voting bloc. If Edwards gets trounced in N.H. and the anti-Hillary vote isn't split between two candidates in Mich and S.C., it is all over for Hitlery!! Book it!

Ah, it does my heart good when a career politician get's their pee-pee slapped. And, the Clintons were long overdo for it.
Now, let's hope this carries on across the nation. Polls be damned, the truth is in the vote.
Now, as for the two legged political whale in Mass., we've seen it happen in Idaho, why not in Massachusetts:evilgrin:?

Hillary's pandering was outpandered by Barack Obama - I heard something on the news that Hillary's staff offered to transport voters to the polls, while Obama's staff offered to babysit their kids. Obama's nanny state, to say the least, is more appealing than Hillary's.
I've been predicting Hillary's downfall for a long time on here. Why? Because her policies are run by focus groups, and she is all too often unprepared to answer questions that aren't in her scripts. It's better to have a few unpopular opinions and make clear where you stand than to pose as the everyman and lack any sign of consistency.
Oh, and that John Edwards came in second. I honestly wasn't expecting this. Every time I hear him whine about "corporate greed", I can't help but laugh. I just heard a clip on him blasting the usual suspects, simply for being millionaires: the Exxon CEO and the owner of a private health insurance company. But then again, I'm sure it's music to anyone who lives and breathes to stone the rich.
Congrats to Iowa for voting for an adult. He may come off as a VERY YOUNG ADULT, mind you, but it beats having a brat child getting her way.

The Klintons will now unleash the attack dogs and try to rip the heart out of Obama. The problem they face is that it will backfire because Obama isn't playing the Klinton cesspool-dredging game, and the stark difference will be obvious.

Obama was able to pull the first one off without appearing too negative. She doesn't have the tactful appearance that her husband was able to get away with when he unleashed his dogs.
I'm suprised she hasn't had her Howard Dean moment yet. And to think, it's Iowa already! She must really want this presidency.

Let's face it. The democreeps and the unwitting accomplices in the justice department have been conspiring to shove another clintoon infestation down our throats since the trailer trash left office seven years ago. First they wiped their collective asses with our Constitution by refusing to enforce ANY of the laws the clintoons violated; they REFUSED to hold hillary accountable for perjury and obstruction of justice when even a first grader could see that she withheld billing records under subpoena; and they continued to treat bill clintoon like a hero instead of the pathetic serial rapist that he is. So this election cycle, who do they have as hillary's "competition" for the nomination?
John Edwards is a crooked lawyer who made his living by conning stupid people into believing her could channel the spirits of babies who died during childbirth. He fleeced the health care system in America for millions of dollars, was personally responsible for an increase in the cost of malpractice insurance, was personally responsible for an increase in the number of cesarean surgeries in America and by extension was personally responsible for women dying as a result of these unnecessary surgeries. He was such a non-entity as a vice president he couldn't even carry his home state. He was not only NOT re-elected to the Senate, his neighbors and those who know him all hate him.
Barack Hussein Obama is a black democreep and thus cannot be elected. Republicans won't vote for him because he's a democreep, and many democreeps won't support him because he's black. His foreign policy expertise leads him to suggest that we abandon our friends, run from our enemies and invade our allies. Like most democreeps, he has no clue who we are fighting and thinks we are at war with Iraq. He has a whopping 18 months of experience, has never run a business, has never been responsible for a budget, has never had major responsibility and who just last night suggested that as president he would rid America of the evils of oil.
My dog is better qualified than either challenger, yet both of them beat hillary in Iowa. Why? The fact is that people in Iowa are stupid, but they're not THAT stupid. Even with handpicked losers on the ticket hillary can't seem to pull off a victory. In a state that's left of Lenin, the avowed Marxist couldn't convince voters that she was just lying when she was pandering to the center.
As a candidate, hillary also has nothing to run on. As Ann Coulter said, everything she has tried has either been a failure or a felony. She has been a Senator for seven years and has exactly zero accomplishments. Of all the things she claims she will take the lead on, not one single bill or resolution on any of the issues has her signature. The only thing she has to run on is her husband's record; eight years of crime, corruption and cover-up. The difference is, people liked bill. NOBODY likes hillary. Even hillary supporters hate her. She is such a pathological liar that even she doesn't know where she stands on the issues.
Still, the saddest thing is that, even though this is the perfect time for a true conservative to step up and take over, we can't seem to find any. Can anyone HONESTLY say that there is A SINGLE candidate running who would be better than Bush? Bush was always center-right; never a true conservative. Yet he seems to be to the right of every major candidate on most issues. So who have we to run against the carpet bagging trailer trash junior senator from New York? Thompson can't get above 13%. Huckabee is center-right, and to the left of Bush. Romney is also to the left of Bush and the only thing good about Giuliani is that he's most likely to kill terrorists.
The democreeps think they have an easy walk to the White House. I say that even McVain would be a better candidate than ANY of the creeps. It is funny, though. The so-called queen of America is losing to two nobodies. I have no doubt that she will win the nomination eventually. Let's face it. There are a lot of stupid people in America. Look at the Ron Paul crowd. The only solace that we have is that at least for now there is a flickering of hope that the American people will look at the trailer trash and NOT vote to return the clintoon crime organization to the White House.

I for one hope she does pull the nomination out of the trash, because to do so, she will have to trash Obama so badly that his voting base will be angry at and alienated from her. Of course, if she were to get nominated, she could very likely pick him as her running mate. Then we would have double trouble indeed.

Bush 1 > Clintons > Bush 2 > Clintons. Spare us!Unfortunately, Gov. Huckabee is a Bush-Clintonian as well, just under a different last name.
And even deeper into the grave is how far to the left Obama can take this country. It's probably scarier to have a Dim that DOESN'T rely on focus groups and public opinion for his policies. So far, he's talked a lot of young dunces into voting for him.
