Biggest Presidential Mistakes - Economics, etc...

I am trying to put together a list of the biggest mistakes committed by past presidents. A few suggestions might come a long way, or at least spark a worthwhile discussion. I'm looking for the biggest mistakes on the economy, social policy, and foreign policy. Feel free to add other presidents.

Let's start with Clinton.

ECONOMY: Additional funding for Job Corps.
SOCIAL: Vetoed two partial-birth abortion bans.
FOREIGN POLICY: Aided and abbetted radical islamists against the Serbs.

Bush I:
ECONOMY: "No new taxes."
SOCIAL: Campaigned on censoring/banning rap music.
FOREIGN POLICY: ?

Reagan:
ECONOMY: Raised taxes in second term.
SOCIAL: Granted amnesty to millions of illegals.
FOREIGN POLICY: A case could be made about the Iran-Contra affair, I suppose.

Carter:
ECONOMY: Double-digit unemployment.
SOCIAL: Banned the olympics.
FOREIGN POLICY: Overthrowing the Shah of Iran.

ECONOMY: Largest tax increase in American history (started the recession GWB inherited)
SOCIAL:
FOREIGN POLICY: Aided and abbetted radical islamists by doing NOTHING at all in response to any attack during his 8 year presidency.

Bush I:
ECONOMY: Ditto
SOCIAL:
FOREIGN POLICY: Didn't finish the job in Iraq during 1st Gulf War

Reagan:
ECONOMY:

Carter:
ECONOMY: Name one thing he did right.
SOCIAL: Name one thing he did right.
FOREIGN POLICY: 3 for 3

ECONOMY: Created The 'Great Society' and the "War on Poverty"
SOCIAL: Failed to react to the "long hot summers" of racial tension that brought riots in many large cities
FOREIGN POLICY: Escalated the War in Vietnam
