Why do we give so much value to what a state with one percent (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_U.S._states_by_population) of the population thinks?

Excellent. Political toons can sum up alot in a few words. I've always especially liked Cagle's work.

I like the one in our local paper, The Springfield Republican, which showed Hillary as a surgeon, scalpel in hand ,stating "it's ok I am no surgeon but was married to one for 8 years.
