...when a Shelby man allegedly attempted to rob a Cherryville convenience store, he shot himself in the foot in more ways the one.

...Kevin Ethelbert Roberts...dropped a .45-caliber handgun as he walked to the door of Gasland USA...on Sunday. The weapon fired as it hit the ground and struck Roberts in the right foot...

Roberts...was ..charged with attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon, carrying a concealed weapon, going armed to terrorize people, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a weapon of mass destruction.

There was 2 people that shot and killed a security guard I don't know if it was a country deputy or just a security guard but it was a cadillac dealer and they tried stealing rims, well they were found in a murder-suicide or somehow to cut to the end they were both found dead they were shot in the head I believe and well they only made it 2 blocks lol.
