My Apology

I was sitting in a hot bath when I suddenly realized that I've been posting strange stuff lately. And it's not the usual strange stuff.

For the past 48 hours I've been couped up in my house because I have a sinus infection and I've been having migraines. All I've been doing is reading, watching movies, sleeping, and writing (which includes posting).

Since I also have ADHD, I've been going crazier than usual. Everyday, I must go somewhere else or I'll slowly start to get swallowed by the mouth of madness. I'm weird like that.

Now, I'm better than yesterday and after reviewing my posts, I see I've been a total jackass. I didn't think before I posted and that's why they've been a little unusual lately.

I apologize, I should've taken the time to think before I posted.

The only thing I've been able to do successfully is writing a new short story called "Pen Name". That's pretty much it. And barely anyone has been able to critique it on the Writer's Digest forums which also pisses me off...

I will try to stay out of the "serious" forums and stick to the "fun" forums.

So again, I apologize.

Well I havn't noticed anything out of the ordinary. But if you feel you were offbase or inappropriate then it is very mature of you to apologize and I am happy to have someone here who is willing admit they are wrong. (this is particularly impressive considering you are so young, when I was your age you'd be lucky to get an apology out me for anything because I was so convinced I was always right)

In my opinion its only a forum, so i dont see how people would hold anything against you.

I dont have ADHD, but i do have bipolar and i say strange things when i plummet or skyrocket with my mood, so i understand some of it i suppose

TR, I've never had problems with your postings so IMO, no apology is needed. But please do me one thing, NEVER use ADHD as an excuse for things. I don't allow my son to use it. You know you have it so it's something that one must learn to manage as I have been forcing my son to do.

I find your posts quite informative much of the time so I look forward to more.

It's an ego thing. I am never fully satisfied with things and when I try to correct them they get worst. So I have a regular feeling of guilt afterwards. It's not as bad as it used to be, but it still occasionally comes.

I've got ADD and I've been in the house all day for over 48 hours with a flu I think I might just die because I've been in the house too long I can say for sure I can't wait to go back to school then at school I can't wait to be sick again, at least I've been getting sleep!
