You guys know those headaches I've been having? Well, I just found out last night that they're not migraines.
I went to an eye doctor and I found out something really strange. I can see almost perfectly but my left eye screws with me apparently when I'm reading.
The eye doctor said that my left eye goes the other way when I'm reading occasionally then comes back. She also says that's most likely to be the main cause of my headaches.
It's genetic so it was inevitable that I would have it.
This really explains my headaches because I read and write more than I do other things.
So, I have to get reading glasses filled with a special prism that's thin. I just need them for reading and nothing else. I wonder what I'll look like.
So, my migraines are caused from reading too much. So until I get my reading glasses I'll have to take breaks every twenty to twenty five minutes while reading.
I'm happy. I thought I had like a tumor or something.
I've never thought that reading and writing could be bad for your health. I was wrong...

Thank God this is easily fixable.
I have been wearing glasses since I was two. So no sweat. I love my glasses. As a matter of fact I think I look weird without them.

Yes, I know.
Glasses won't affect my personality on here. So no worries about that. I'll still be a pain in the ass. :)

I had what the docs called a "lazy eye" when I was a kid. Had to wear a patch on my good eye every other day to strengthen the weak one. I started wearing glasses in college. All that reading and stuff. I tried contacts but hated them!

The best thing about wearing glasses is that when I go bar hopping with my buds, I can take them off and the wimmin start looking better. :roar:

CM... you are nuts.
I had bad vision with a lazy eye as well. So the doc got me glasses very quickly.
I had all the four eyes jokes for years. But its ok. Now I have a sexy libarian thing going on. I will never wear contacts. Plastic does not belong in your eye.

I'd still say you're intelligent. Even though you let this lady know how to get you drunk.

Don't even go there. Once in NYC I was out with friends, imbibed a little too much adult beverages, decided to head back to the hotel on 7th. Well I got on the 1/9 I think. But the express. Heading north. Next thing I know I'm heading into the 100's. A lily-white boy. In the 100's. On a saturday night at 2am. It was OK. Nobody messed with me. So I got of at some station. There were 2 of New Yorks finest there and they walked me to the right train. They took pity on me because I was wearing a nice Polo shirt with USMC on the upper left breast.
To be honest, I really wasn't scared. I actually feel safer in NYC than most major cities.

I already told you I never get smashed.
Its funny being on the subway in NYC. On some lines you know when what ethnic/race group of people are getting off.
If you are going uptown from way downtown... most white folks are gone by 110 st unless they are getting off at Morris Park, Pelham Parkway, Allerton, or Aurther.
Hispanics tend to (this is changing though) get off from 96- Pelham Parkway.
Blacks will get off from 125- to end of the line.
I always think it is hilarious. Usually thats how it plays out.
