Georgia is now seeking to legally define the baby in the womb as a life and afford it the protection of all humans. The ball is already rolling on a state amendment. Abortion activists are obviously going to war there in the near future.

Is there an article on this? Or is it something you're seeing or something you've heard?

Just wondering...

I heard it on local TV news...
Just googled it:
Atlanta Journal Constitution article (http://www.ajc.com/metro/content/printedition/2008/02/19/abortion0219b.html) debates rage on what the wording of the proposed law will mean like, no more capital punishment in Georgia for example... ...Babies being able to sue their mothers for smoking during pregnancy later in life.

that is an interesting take.
the libs are gonna have a hard time deciding which they like better, killing the unborn or making the born suffer

Count on the left to demagogue and smokescreen an issue when they are on their heels. A judge can rule on that issue later.

It reminds me of the voices against prop 201 in Arizona. The amendment that would make English the official language of Arizona. The lobbyists for Lazy Invading Mexicans Entrenched (L.I.M.E.) whined that passing such a proposition would mean that Indians couldn't even teach their tribal toungue to their children on their reservations. Amendment passed, English #1 and doooooooomsday never happened. All the 'expert' voices were nowhere to be found when lo and behold, no stormtroopers invaded Indian reservations with orders to muzzle parents.

But you know what's really tragic about that, Eagle? Libs don't have any problem doing either!
