Obama leading Clinton in Texas, according to
Feb. 20 and 21 statewide survey by Decision Analyst
Arlington, Texas (Feb 21, 2008)— Barack Obama has a double digit lead over Hillary Clinton in Texas, according to a statewide survey of 678 registered voters planning to vote in the March 4 Democratic Primary. The survey was conducted February 20 and 21 by Decision Analyst, a major national survey research firm. Decision Analyst projections indicate that if the election were held today Obama would win 57% to 43% over Clinton. The survey's margin of error is 3 percentage points, plus or minus, at a 90% level of confidence.

If the survey is accurate, Hillary is toast unless she cheats. Even then, she may be done.

And you are happy about this Luc? Obama is a much greater threat than Hillary. The man is actually electable in the general election...

Only about 5 people on the board are willing to vote for McCain so what does it really matter. On one hand how can people say there is no way in hell they would vote for McCain but then actually talk strategy about which candidate is more electable. Who cares? Right?
I have 2 horses in this race; Obama to defeat the treasonous Clinton machine in the spring and McCain to defeat the empty suit in the fall.

I can't keep up with who's backing who, when, so I think all y'all are split.
I'm in misery.

I'd rather see McCain go up against Barack than Hillary. After seeing those pictures of H. Clinton and John McC. mooning over each other, I feared that they'd make some sort of sweetheart deal that let her get into the White House in exchange for some sort of cabinet post or the like for him. But with Sen. O the likely Dem nominee, I believe the Hillary-John relationship will continue to be merely social, not political.

It won't surprise me if Obama wins Texas, but FYI Rasmussen (http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/election_20082/2008_presidential_election/texas/texas_democratic_presidential_primary)still showed Hillary in the lead on the same date. However, Hillary was already losing ground rapidly when the poll was conducted and Rasmussen's deeper analysis gives Obama a good chance of winning.

Hillary is pulling out all the stops with the photo of the obamination dressed as a muslim. Maybe she will put the pieces together. He refuses to honor the country, his wife is ashamed to be an American, he comes from a muslim family and in muslim countries IS a muslim.
It paints a true picture of what he's like.

Hillary's a poor loser. She wouldn't have been much as a winner either.

I find it interesting that her attacks appeal more to the right than the left... after all, most Obama supporters probably don't give a shit. The man could read a Koran before a speech and they would gobble it up. Those kind of attacks only hurt her more than help her.

While campaigning, I was shocked at the number of Obama supporters who would come out everywhere I went. I'm not sure even a quarter of them new who they were supporting, just that it's the cool thing to do at the moment. Yeah, black man for president! And that's about where they stop thinking.

Make no mistake, an Obama presidency will be much, much worse than a Clinton one. The Clintons can at least be intimidated by public opinion and polls. Obama is emotionally invested in turning America into a third world banana republic. Case #1: Clinton will condition talks with Cuba. Obama will not. Case #2: Clinton will probably oppose Hugo Chavez. Obama has made noises that indicate an accommodation with Chavez. Case #3: Clinton will never send American troops to African peacekeeping operations; the lessons of Somalia are fresh in her mind. Obama is chomping at the bit to get Americans committed to Kenya and other areas of tribal conflict.
And we had best get used to choosing between Obama or Clinton, because feeble old McCain already looks exhausted by the primary campaing. I'm even wondering if his doctors will "advise" against a full run. The guy is not just 72. He's 72 in poor health. With a violent temper.

And showing signs of CRS (Can't Remember Shit). The man blatantly contradicts himself in debates.
Another thing my gramps always used to say: no man has a good enough memory to be a successful liar.
As I have said before, my real worry is that he would win the race and become senile in the White House. This has never happened before, and the rules are very complicated as to ejecting a still living president who has committed no impeachable offenses.

On one hand how can people say there is no way in hell they would vote for McCain but then actually talk strategy about which candidate is more electable. Who cares? Right?....Well as you say, its like a horse race... If I go to the race track and analyse the beasts that are running, and even place a bet on the one I believe will win, it doesn't mean I want that particular equine performer to sit in the oval office...
In short, this race is now a Leftist farce and we may as well enjoy it for the sporting value - For tomorrow we die...
Pass the popcorn please...
Oh...... And if it will help the feelings of anyone who is still taking this Carnival seriously, THIS handicapper is calling McCain as the winner in November regardless of which of the official Dems win the nomination... The Dems are in Chaos and are killing and eating each other, where the Pubs have already settled on their snake... That translates into a feeling of security with the Pub side among the Sheeple and thus McCain will finally realize his dream of ruling the world... Have a nice day...

Obama is the anti-Christ. I'm just waiting for him to rise from the dead. Think what the nutbars who support him will do then.

Elaine Kamarck, "political genius." Hillary understands? Well - so much for the credibility of that commentary.

I guess you haven't heard that we have to be against Hillary no matter what, because all voters everywhere are a bunch of male chauvinist piglets.
