I was thinking of a swift knee to the taint of the large fat one, followed up by a 5 minute speed bag routine on her flapjacks to the Rocky theme song. I would simultaneously smash my other arm through the one on the left, right through her chest, lift her up in the air and spin her like a pinwheel until her uterus fell out.
