Theres a Marine Band playing at a local stadium on March 29th and then theres the Chris Reyka memorial that I really really want to go to, both are actually marines (Chris Reyka was a reserve marine) so I don't know opinions on which to go to..?

Posit this in your article: Donations to the Sgt. Chris Reyka Memorial Education Trust established for his children are not tax deductible. Why can't the IRS make exceptions for this. I know organisations have to be set up a certain way, but why cant exceptions be made?
