For some reason, I am unable to use a picture the size of everyone else's...

I hope I didn't screw around with the settings too badly...

However, if at all possible, could I have this picture for my signature?

I added it via the admin panel. There's no obvious reason why you couldn't put it there.

I believe it has to do with whether or not you have a quote as well as a pic. If you have words, then a pic, the pic is limited in size. I may be in error.

Actually, there are various settings that affect that. For registered users, profile pictures are set at 300 x 500, avatars at 150 x 200 and signature pictures at 200 x 150. There's also another size limitation for attachments and one for images in general. Now, if you go to your signature page, you'll see that the numbers don't match those above. That because a standard "img" tag is not your 'true' signature picture. The "sigpic" tag is used for a signature picture, so you may be able to load different size images to your signature, depending on the method used. These size limitations can also change betwen different usergroups. Additionally, the text that tells you what the limitation is, like the limitation displayed on your edit signature page, isn't always derived from the settings we set in the admin control panel. Sometimes it comes from the html text saved for that page. If the html text isn't updated when the settings are changed, they won't match. Confused yet? In short, the process is so convoluted, even I'm not sure what the real limits are.
