Hi!
I'm new to the forum. Heard about it from a friend who used to be on here. I live and work in Peoria, Illinois. I am the proud mother of a 10 year old boy. Life-long conservative and sister to two proud Army soldiers.:tank: My very good friend is currently in Afghanistan with the Air Force :bomber:.
I am currently divorced, but am dating a very dashing Funeral Director. No one can say life is boring!!
And as for a question someone asked in another thread - the name comes from a Rob Zombie song ;) I am a huge Zombie fan!:thumb:

I'm low-tech and I don't listen to much music... I do like some modern bands though such as Social Distortion, Flogging Molly, and Fallout Boy.
I honestly thought you were trying to get a catchy screen name inspired by George Romero's Living Dead films.
Welcome! :thumb:

You'll have to forgive Neil. He thinks that Neil Pert is God and that everytime it thunders, it's just another solo for Neil.

They kind of pissed me off with that anti-Bush/War song. But other than that, they're a really fun and unique group. I listen to them every Saint Patty's Day.

I listen to them every Saint Patty's Day. I should probably do the same with Thin Lizzy.

Welcome LivingDeadGirl. I've never heard of any of those musical groups you and others mentioned above. Of course, I grew up in the Big Band Era.

That's okay Doc. Mozart was a rock star in his time. I mean, it must have been a craze to play the piano with one ear to the floor. I bet the chicks digged that.

If you like the 80's hair bands and heavy metal, have you listened to Elvenking, Dragonforce or Tristania? Avantasia is pretty good to. I am rather fond of Ayreon as well. While I am a huge Zombie fan, my fav band is Iced Earth!
