When I was in high school I came to the conclusion that all these petty busy work assignments were assigned to teach you two very important life skills. They teach you how to kiss ass and bullshit according to your audience.
So my answer? Tell her what she wants to hear and pad it with BS-filled fluff.
Since you probably aren't used to speaking with fluff, here are some topics to think about:
Listening to the teacher when she speaks
Not talking during class
Showing kindness to the teacher
Understanding the teacher's responsibilities as an educator
When you don't understand something, ask! Teachers are educators because they like to help students learn
Be a good student
Don't make excuses for times when you blew it, and
Don't pass blame off onto other students when something is clearly your fault
As you can see, these examples aren't really bullshit. In a perfect world every student would recognize and abide by all of the above. But your objective isn't to set the world straight, it's to get an A on your paper. Handing in something that reaffirms her belief that there is still a small lick of sense in kids today could be an easy ticket to a good grade, whether or not you are genuinely speaking your mind.
Just my 2 centavos.
P.S. If you think I'm joking, just look at Barack Obama. The man says nothing of value and he still has a quarter of the voters in this country cheering when he blows his nose...

Don't be coy. Respect should be part of any curriculum as should parental teaching. It would be easy to write an essay on respect if you had any. Think about it.
