I don't know what you say to this kind of story... No doubt the frustrated glass cleaner will be sentenced to a severe round of phycological counseling...

Such is the worth of human life in this world today...

One wonders if we were to bring back public hangings to deal with these tantrums, if the glasses would suddenly be considered adequately cleaned...
