The only way for nonproliferation to work would have been to nuke Pakistan once they first got theirs. 'Oh, you tested a nuke. Okay, great.' Then incinerate them all including every wannabe convenience store franchisee amd their slushie machines.

Otherwise 'nonproliferation' won't work. Its all or none. Incentives don't work. Talk doesn't work. Only fear and fire.

As we can see with Iran and its accomplice, the horse-nostriled El Baradai, world policy has never been nonproliferation. It has been strictly proliferation. About time we admit it and stop pretending we don't live in a dysfunctional world of denial and a UN like a family of enabling acoholics.
