WASHINGTON (AP) - A leader of the Democratic Party under Bill Clinton has switched his allegiance to Barack Obama and is encouraging fellow Democrats to "heal the rift in our party" and unite behind the Illinois senator.

"I am convinced that the primary process has devolved to the point that it's now bad for the Democratic Party," Andrew said in a telephone interview with The Associated Press.

Bill Clinton appointed Andrew chairman of the DNC near the end of his presidency, and Andrew endorsed the former first lady last year on the day she declared her candidacy for the White House.

The fix is in. Democrats are desperately trying to quell an expected serious black backlash by forcing the obamination into being the nominee.

Democrats have accepted their loss in November and intend to blame republican racisim.

Kathy you just put your finger on what I was precisley thinking the other day... The Democrats are more afraid of a backlash from Blacks than they are from radical feminists... The super delegates hate to have to make this decision, but if they have to, they are going to cut the rope on the NAGs and let them drift... They have been a waning power in Leftist politics for years - they are a mere shadow of their former power... And the Democrat powers that be desperately want this race settled BEFORE they get to Denver...

What really bothers them deep inside is that Obama can't beat McCain... They really are in a tar-baby on this one... They don't want the Clintons back in power because they are so tyrannical within their own party ranks... But they now realize that their alternative is a liberal, inexperienced, half-black who can't bowl with nothing to offer but a smooth speaking style and a lot of personal baggage, the least of which is a middle name that is tantamount to the 21st century version of Adolf Hitler...

And he has to go up against a decorated naval pilot/career Senator who is more than liberal enough for enraged, disgusted rank and file Democrats to cross over and vote for with an easy conscience... Lookin sad for the Dems in the Whitehouse race...

Don't ya bet they wish they could resurrect Biden or Dodd right now?
