Arizona State University may have less cheerful sidelines at sporting events next season.

After racy photos of members of the university’s cheerleading squad were spotted on a campus blog called “The Dirty,” the school cut the squad completely...

Oh, I agree entirely. A bikini is intended to be worn outside. Bra and panties are bedroom attire.

They didn't cut the squad; they cut the team. "Squad" means the individual members; "Team" means the whole thing as one.
