Be prepared to toss cookies.
Read the comments - it's not a well-received story. Kinda funny; I'm sure that the producers of this 'scary' story are embarassed. :shame:

In the beginning, God created heaven and Earth, and he saw that it was good. So begins the Book of Genesis, the dramatic opener of the Old Testament.

But things went downhill from there.
God's wrath seems at work these days, as the heavens and Earth have unleashed earthquakes in China, a cyclone in Burma, killer tornadoes and record floods across the U.S. and even a plague of locusts (cicadas) in New England.
In Cedar Rapids, Iowa today, floodwaters forced the evacuation of a downtown hospital after residents of more than 3,000 homes fled for higher ground. A railroad bridge collapsed, and 100 city blocks were underwater.
"We're just kind of at God's mercy right now,

Well there is a little something I think..... and it goes right back to Revelations. So I wouldn't be surprised if instead of gorebal warming this is prophecy.

God will not be mocked. It's a very simple premise by which to live. Humanity has, by and large, rejected God and God is trying to tell us to "get with the program".

If we continue to reject God and His Son, things will get MUCH worse...mark my words.

Wasn't it Rev. Farwell who said that America was being punished by - what was it? 9/11? - for caving in to the homosexual lobby?

He got tarred and feathered good and proper for it, if memory serves.

Just commenting. Don't jump down my throat now.

I don't know. I know Fred Phelps said that.
Am I the only one that finds it funny that Maggie's taking the defensive side this time?

Over 10 years ago, at the Minneapolis airport, my cousin told me that he had compared the occurrence of natural disasters to ungodly legislation/judicial decisions in the United States.

At that time, natural (and not so natural) disasters coincided quite closely with ungodly legislation/rulings...blew me away.

What do you mean "defensive side"? I'm not defending anything. I was just reminded of the incident I mentioned. And are you sure it was Phelps? Anyway, it doesn't matter. All I remember is that people went apeshit over that. Even conservatives. That's all.

Personally, I don't give a damn either way. I know the End of Times are due to happen so why fret about it? It's like driving yourself crazy because you know you will die someday. EVERYBODY will die. Why get your panties in a wad over it?

Anyway, I'd pay to see the look on liberals' mugs when things "start to heat up." And no, I'm not talking about Global Warming.
