The most senior judge in England yesterday gave his blessing to the use of sharia law to resolve disputes among Muslims.
Lord Chief Justice Lord Phillips said that Islamic legal principles could be employed to deal with family and marital arguments and to regulate finance.
He declared: 'Those entering into a contractual agreement can agree that the agreement shall be governed by a law other than English law.'

Now wait a minute! Is it REALLY nuts? Let's think about this for a second. A British judge said that Sharia Law should be allowed to settle disputes between MUSLIMS. This doesn't apply to a Muslim vs. anyone else but a Muslim. The way I see it, this judge is doing us a favor. If Muslims want to kill each other over simple disputes then I'm fine with it.

I would put in one exception for this. It's not the victim's fault. She is not to be touched. The Sharia law come into play between the rapist and the victim's father if she's a minor or the victim herself if she's of age.

If they DO exist, I expect them to rise up against Sharia being implemented in America. If they accept Sharia in America, they are NOT peaceful, and therefore the majority are radical. The evidence is in the outcome (supposing Sharia rears its stinking head), and I say you will be wrong.
