Exactly. With China buying contracts to drill all over the world and particularly in the Atlantic, what happens if they have a spill while drilling just 90 miles off of our coast? (re: their contracts with Cuba) Who will clean it up? The Chinese? Ha. Their regard for the "environment" is on par with a pair of Sandra Bernhadrt's used panties. (Sorry for that imagery).

No, it will fall to the U.S. taxpayers to clean it up, all the while being blamed for relying on oil in the first place, even though we had nothing to with it.
